Ultimately, we would like to provide every household in the region the ability to receive some level of local programming in their homes.

Phase 2 - Expanding the Reach

Expand the reach of access, programming and funding to surrounding communities as franchise agreements with their cable franchisees expire. The organization would, ultimately like to offer this opportunity to all communities in Stanislaus County: Ceres, Denair, Empire, Hughson, Keyes, Patterson, Riverbank, Salida, Turlock and Waterford. It could also include portions of surrounding counties to include cities like Atwater, Escalon, Gustine, Hilmar, Lathrop, Livingston, Los Banos, Manteca, Merced, Newman, Ripon, Stockton and Tracy.

Phase 3 - Expanding Services

This phase would allow us to expand opportunity further by expanding services and programming. This phase would also allow the organization to reach citizens who opt not to subscribe to cable and rural viewers who are unable to receive cable services.

Setup and maintain a connection and equipment for Internet/Webcasting. This would allow programmers to develop programs and viewers access to programming via the internet.

Apply for, setup and maintain a Low Power FM (LPFM) radio frequency and broadcasting suite. This would offer TV like access to participants desiring to develop their own radio programs. It could also simulcast PEG and LO programming.

Setup and maintain a connection and conference room for Video Teleconferencing. This service could be offered to area businesses for a fee.

Apply for or assume existing, setup and maintain a Low Power TV (LPTV) Television Frequency which could reach all participants, with or without cable, with the "best of" all programming provided through the organization.
