DESIGN

Web crafting has been a passion of mine since about 1993. I jumped in as soon as the Internet went to a GUI interface and graphics began to appear and bedazzle those of us who only knew the pleasure of ANSI art on BBS's. I have been into computers since 1982 when the first computer entered my home. It was a TRS 80 COCO. Needless to say "I've come a ...l o n g.... way baby!"

I began with going through a Computer Graphics program at a local Junior College, and we worked with programs that are now ancient history. Since then I have always played with creating my own graphics on and off the computer. I began doodling and drawing when I was in elementary school and persued courses to enhance and sharpen my natural talent.

I contract as a freelance web designer through ISP's and web hosting companies who call upon me for different projects. Some of my skills include working with HTML, Javascript, PERL CGI script installation and configuration, Java Applets, and Flash.

Some of the programs I rely on for my craft include: Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, HomeSite, Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, and Cool Edit Pro. For examples of some of the sites I own and maintain:
